The detection method is a combination of Karman vortex and ultrasonic sensors. It enables stable flow detection that is resistant to vibrations.

The Karman vortex flow sensor "USL-20L" uses only PFA for the wetted parts, making it capable of measuring a wide range of fluids, including pure water and chemicals. It offers two types of outputs: analog output (0-10V, 1-5V, 4-20mA) and pulse output. With its lightweight and ultra-compact design, direct piping is easy, allowing for installation in various locations. It features a maintenance-free structure with no mechanical moving parts. When combined with our DPM, it can also provide instantaneous display and alarm output (2 contacts). We can also prepare piping extensions and connection fittings upon request.
